“My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up.” Psalm 5:3
Morning Guide
Eyes cast down
as morning sun rises;
hands in folded fashion,
while day unravels
like a tattered scroll;
mind heavy with life’s burdens,
yet enlightened by the
wings of blissful morn.
My voice raised in praise,
just living with You,
yet another day!
Everyone deals with stuff. Some days are more difficult or painful than others. So glad we don’t need to do it alone. Keep your eyes on the Maker who directs all our paths.

/ January 9, 2012This is so beautiful. I hope to participate in these from time to time. Today, because of travel, I’m playing catch-up. Thanks for a lovely prayer-break.

/ January 9, 2012How lovely =) I’m linking with you with what I’ve just posted today. It doesn’t exactly fit your prompt… unless you consider my one word prayer to him that day… “yes.” Thanks for inviting me!

/ January 9, 2012This is beautiful and I agree… each day is a fresh start when we begin it in prayer. Will try to come up with something for this, but am pretty busy today. I’ll be back.
